Matt spandex,

A techno-fabric made of micro-polyamide with an extremely soft and silky hand feel, it fits the body as a second skin, gracefully following every move you make. Ideal for the creation of comfortable outerwear and sportswear garments, it is also UV protective (UPF 50+) and therefore suitable for any kind of sport activities, even the most challenging, long-lasting ones. The matt spandex is a polyamide elastane knit. The outside is matt and the inside is brushed. It will give a soft comfortable feel.

SUPPLEX® Fabric

You won’t believe it’s not cotton.

INVISTA's SUPPLEX® fabric offers consumers the feel of cotton with the benefits of advanced fiber technology. Cotton’s natural texture and aesthetics make it the fabric of choice in many garment categories. Garments made with cotton tend to crease and shrink easily, and they often fade in color. INVISTA scientists wanted to give consumers the benefits of cotton, without the pitfalls. They did so by developing SUPPLEX® fabrics—a family that combines the traditional appeal of cotton with the performance benefits of modern fiber technology. SUPPLEX® fabrics are breathable, hold their shape, dry faster than cotton and retain their color.

The Supplex fabric we have is a jersey knit. It is highly stretchable and so give a extra comfort (feel) fit.

Its available in black and white.

LATEX

Latex (rubber) is a natural product.

Latex clothing is generally made from large sheets of latex which are delivered in rolls.

The latex garment production is for 95% glueing the parts together in stead of sewing.

Latex has a special (like elastics) type of stretch, that is constant.

Latex garment looks like second skin. When lubricated it will give that high gloss shine.

Latex garment also needs special care.

Hand wash the garment in luke warm water. A mild soap may be used.

For machine washing use 20ml per load ( double the dosage for overly oiled clothing ) and set the temperature to 40°- 60°. Set the program to delicate wash with a maximum spin cycle of 600.

  • For hand washing fill up your sink or bath tub with hot water (minimum 40°). Add 10ml. Place your rubber in the water and stir it around. Let it soak for a while and then turn it inside out and repeat the process.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean hot water.

  • Towel dry any metal fitting.

  • Let the garment dry both inside and out.

  • Do not clean with chlorine

  • Do not dry on any heating source or dry in the sun
  • Nourish with silicone based preservatives
  • Do not store when wet or damp
  • Avoid exposing rubber to sunlight or heat, this may damage or fade the rubber.Avoid putting transparent or light coloured rubber against metal (zippers, press-tuts, buckles).
  • Store rubber in a dark, dry, cool place such as a closet, preferably in a black plastic bag.
  • Should the garment tear or become damaged in any way, do not attempt to wear or repair it. Have it professionally repaired.
  • Always clean your rubber after use
  • always powder after washing so it won't stick together and tear when atempting to unfold it

Latex/Rubber covered spandex

The Latex/rubber covered spandex is a thin layer of latex coated on a spandex fabric and has the same features and care on the latex/rubber side as regular latex

The outside of the latex/rubber can be worn either shiny or matt.

The latex/rubber covered spandex unshined gives a matt leather look but you will need to rub powder on the places that will chave against each other such as the inner thighs to make sure that you don't damage the latex/rubber layer as it will be ruined when having exssesive rubbing when being toosticky or dry.

The latex/rubber covered spandex on the outside is as regular latex and it can be shined the same way and can be worn shiny.

Warning: latex covered spandex contains natural latex on the outside, which may cause allergies.

The latex/rubber covered spandex clothes is much easier than putting on their latex equivalents.

The elastic spandex fabric on the inside that glides easier over the skin than latex so there is no need to use a slip gel or powder inside to put the item on.

If you want the product to please you for a long time, we advise you to follow these recommendations:

  • hand wash at a temperature of up to 40 degrees,
  • mechanical washing at a temperature of up to 40 degrees,
  • do not iron,
  • do not use chlorine
  • do not dry clean,
  • if you are washing the latex covered spandex and you have not used shiner on it, it will stick together when washing so i would advice you to put a bit of shiner on the outside before washing it so to prevent it sticking together.
  • if it does stick together then use talk powder and slowly pull appart and at the same time powder the garment to prevent it sticking again.
  • when storing the item after washing do make sure it is completley dry, clean and powdered.
  • do not tumble dry
  • do not hang it on any heating source or hang dry in the sun,
  • do not leave out in the sun as it will deteriorate the latex and burn it changing the color
  • do not scrub/rub intensively - it can cause damages of the surface of the material,
  • for good care use silicone-based agents or other fat-free products on the outer shell (rubber/latex side)
  • wet or damp clothing should be dried naturally before being stored,
  • store your clothes separately from each other to avoid colouring with different colours and sticking one to another, preferably in a bag in the dark,

Use: for gloss use a rinse aid on the outside shell.
